The agency has been asked to repitch for the account, and O2 will work with ISBA to select other agencies to vie for the account.
The work covers strategic digital planning, social media requirements, creative development, website build across all brand and direct response acquisition communications.

Digital media planning and buying responsiblities are outside the scope of the digital marketing review, and will be retained by Zenith Optimedia.
