Campaign asked the ad and media industry to rate and summarise their performance so far in 2013, ahead of our School Reports for 2014. Here's how AKQA view the first six months of their year.

Summary of the year so far: "Since the beginning of 2013, AKQA has already been awarded two ‘Agency of The Year’ titles by leading awarding bodies IAB and Rev Awards. It has been AKQA’s most successful year to date at Cannes Lions Festival, taking home 14 Lions, seven of which for London launched work, including a Gold Lion for Nike+ Kinect Training and a Titanium Lion for Nike Find Your Greatness. We added eight new significant clients to our UK roster. Ron Peterson, Social Practice Lead and Laura Stewart, Head of Business Transformation joined as part of AKQA’s Business Invention group to work with organisations to differentiate themselves through digitally driven innovation. We invested into our eighth annual Future Lions programme – the only official student competition in collaboration with Cannes. Partnering with WIRED UK, students around the world submitted a record number of over 1,400 entries with the top 5 industry changing ideas being honoured in Cannes."

Design Week Awards 2013 Best of Show: Ugokidase Tokyo, Winner: Nike Fuel Station in Retail Interiors category, Winner: Ugokidase Tokyo in the Digital Installations category.

Rev Awards 2013 Agency of the Year: AKQA, Win: Nissan: New Star of India – Automotive & Transport, Win: Nike Fuel Station in Creative Technology.

Clio Awards 2013 Silver: Nike+ Kinect Training in Branded Entertainment & Content: Games

Facebook Studio Awards 2013 Gold: Nike Academy
