Campaign asked the ad and media industry to rate and summarise their performance so far in 2013, ahead of our School Reports for 2014. Here's how OgilvyOne view the first six months of their year.

New business / billings: OgilvyOne including Neo have won over £53m of new business

Summary of the year so far: "2012 was always going to be a tough year to follow. But we love a challenge. Already this year we’ve produced some of our most successful work ever for clients like BT, BA, IBM and Amex. We’ve also won new business from The Co-operative, Land Rover, SMA, Necafé, Goodwood, Dishoom, Beyond Dark, and digital media clients: Reuters, Macmillan, Galderma, Nestlé, eHarmony, Ticketmaster and Smythson. We’ve pushed ourselves to raise £40k + for charity and given 288 hours of free marketing advice to 24 small organisations. And we’ve been rewarded with 37 awards to date, including Cannes Gold Lion, our Sunday Times Best Companies debut, and a couple of nominations at D+AD too. But we couldn’t do it without our people. Perhaps our greatest achievements are that we’ve welcomed 95 great new people to the agency, delivered 9 new babies, celebrated 10 weddings, ran 5 marathons and completed 2 iron men. And it’s only July. "

Awards won so far in 2013: "Last year was our most successful year on the awards circuit winning more awards than any other Digital Direct Agency. This included Campaign’s Direct Agency of The Year for a third year running, Marketing’s Direct Agency of The Year and Campaign Big’s Agency of The Year. We were the only UK Direct agency to win at Cannes and we finished off the year with 24 DMA awards, including the Grand Prix – a DMA record, making us the most awarded direct agency in 2012 along with the most awarded direct campaign globally for the Kern Gnome Experiment.

We’ve made a good start to the year with 9 different campaigns achieving 52 shortlists which have converted into 37 awards. This includes a Gold Lion at Cannes, making us the only UK Direct agency to win for four consecutive years. As well as two D&AD, two Golds at Creative Circle, a Gold at the Clios and a Gold at the Digitals.  So with a bit of luck, with some great new campaigns for IBM, BA, Amex, Dishoom, Beyond Dark, and BlackRock we’re hopefully on course to beat last year’s record.
