Brothers and Sisters has appointed Matthew Charlton, the founder and former chief executive of BETC London, as its own chief executive. (Campaign)

JWT has appointed Leo Burnett’s Megan Van Someren as global planning director for its Kimberly-Clark business. (Campaign)

Alex Jeffries, DigitasLBi’s head of communications strategy, will become the strategy partner for its social media agency, MRY. The DigitasLBI creative directors Gav Gordon-Rogers and Gemma Butler join MRY as creative directors, while Jacqui Pennington, formerly a client director at DigitasLBi, will become the client services partner with overall responsibility for client service at MRY. Darcie Tanner, previously the head of social media management EMEA at DigitasLBi will become MRY’s head of social operations. Exterion Media, the company previously known as CBS Outdoor, has hired Shaun Gregory, the managing director of advertising at Telefónica, as its chief executive. (Campaign)

Financial powerhouse Fidelity Worldwide Investment has hired Lansons partner Hannily Pavey to lead its UK communications. (PR Week)

Alex Cole, the director of corporate affairs at Sainsbury's, is to join healthcare company Bupa in the same role, succeeding Steve John. (PR Week)

John Doe has promoted Rosie Holden from director to the new role of UK managing director. She will be supported by Matt Fletcher-Jones who has joined from Red as associate director. (PR Week)

Debenhams has appointed Elena Antoniou, previously a senior manager in its press team, as its interim director of PR after the departure of Ed Watson. (PR Week)

The American arm of RLM Finsbury has promoted partner and president Michael Gross to succeed Walter Montgomery as its CEO. (PR Week)
