REVIEW: Hakuhodo to integrate with two smaller agencies

Hakuhodo, Japan's second-largest agency group, is to integrate with two smaller agencies in what could be the first step towards consolidation of the country's ad industry. The move is seen as a reaction to the domination of Dentsu, which now has a 15 per cent stake in Publicis Groupe. - Financial Times.
