Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper is continuing its 'stop liking, start loving' campaign for Peugeot with two new ads to support the 206 model.
The ads, which break on Boxing Day, are called 'dog' and 'medical' and show how the car inspires a strong passion in all who see it.
In 'medical', a handsome young man visits an attractive female doctor.
The doctor immediately becomes att-racted to the patient while attaching a heart monitor that starts beating loudly. The doctor is sure she is the cause of the patient's excitement but is disappointed to discover that the young man has spotted a Peugeot 206 out of the window. She rips the pads from his chest with more than necessary force.
Matt Western, the marketing manager at Peugeot, said: 'Having had such a good year with the car, it's great to end 2000 with such strong ads.'
'Medical' was written by David Jennings and art directed by Dexter Ginn. 'Dog' was written by Ginger Protheroe and art directed by Bernie Thornton. The ads were directed by Hamilton Ross IV at Serious Pictures. Media is through BBJ.
