The new-media advertising network Real Media has announced that it is to handle the advertising for Mailround, the permission-based e-mail marketing company. Real Media will provide 'advertising stamps', which will be inserted into regular e-mails sent and received by Mailround members. The stamps will be custom-delivered and based on personal details volunteered by members. Mailround is already working with advertisers including Egg and the Carphone Warehouse.
