EDITORIAL: Will Nationwide let BBH do its job?

It’s been a long time coming, so Bartle Bogle Hegarty is entitled to celebrate its first significant account win in almost a year. The fact that it is the Nationwide should, however, introduce a note of caution to the festivities. Its recent advertising history is chequered, to put it politely. But, as the UK’s largest remaining mutual building society, it has a great story to tell. Let’s just hope BBH is allowed to tell it
