consultancy firm, has hired the head of new media at Bartle Bogle

Hegarty to head a new initiative.

Ed Bayley will launch a new information technology consultancy for WKS

next month. The move reunites Bayley with Bob Willott, a managing

with Willott at the accountancy firm, Spicers.

Willott said: ’I’ve known Ed for years. We’ve wanted to set up something

like this for some time in response to the queries we get from our

clients, so Ed was the natural choice.’

At BBH, Bayley was behind new-media initiatives for PPP, Cadbury’s and

Levi’s. For PPP, he helped to create a Website which allowed visitors to

obtain online quotes for different healthcare plans.

Bayley said: ’IT is a very fast-moving business. My job is to can turn

their ideas into projects.’

Separately, Steve Waring has been promoted to partner at Willmotts.
