Haymarket invests in Asian publisher of Media magazine

Campaign’s parent company, Haymarket Group, has bought a strategic stake in Media & Marketing, the owner of Asia’s leading advertising publication, Media. The move is part of Haymarket’s plans to develop its global media and advertising portfolio.

Campaign’s parent company, Haymarket Group, has bought a strategic

stake in Media & Marketing, the owner of Asia’s leading advertising

publication, Media. The move is part of Haymarket’s plans to develop its

global media and advertising portfolio.



Media is a fortnightly title, published in Hong Kong and aimed at the

growing advertising, marketing and media community in Asia. Media &

Marketing also publishes Asian PR News and Asian Brand News. Ken

McKenzie, managing director of Media & Marketing, will continue to

oversee the titles.



Michael Heseltine, chairman of Haymarket Group, said: ’We believe Asia

will be one of the fastest-growing media sectors over the next ten

years.’
