Tara Palmer-Tomkinson and Tamara Beckwith are the latest

celebrities to appear in ads for KFC.

Ogilvy & Mather’s ad starring the ’It-girls’ will be shot this week and

will air in the spring. The comedian, Ryan Stiles - who is a regular

star of KFC ads - will feature with the duo in a spot set in

Hollywood.

In the ad, Palmer-Tomkinson and Beckwith meet Stiles, a successful film

star, outside a Hollywood studio. They ask him about his new film and he

tells them that it’s a ’hot and spicy number’. The girls ask him if he

can get them a part, to which he replies: ’Of course!’

The film cuts to a KFC restaurant as Stiles walks in and asks the girls

behind the counter - Palmer-Tomkinson and Beckwith - for KFC’s

hot-and-spicy burger.

It marks the girls’ TV ad debut, although Palmer-Tomkinson appeared in a

press ad last March for Lounge Lizard snacks, which was based on a

Hello!-style society page.

KFC’s most recent commercial, which broke last week, stars the

millionairess, Ivana Trump, cooing as Stiles offers - in Donald

Trump-style - to buy her a tower, which turns out to be a ’fillet tower’

burger.
