Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO has had its knuckles rapped following complaints to the ITC about its Dulux campaign. The ITC ruled that ’snip’, in which a woman cuts a swatch of cloth from a stranger’s top, condoned anti-social behaviour, and upheld complaints in relation to the scheduling of the ad. Complaints against two other ads, ’baby’ and ’washing line’, were not upheld.
