The direct marketing agency Impiric has appointed an e-strategist. Ben Felton joins the agency from Blay's Guides, the financial information providers, where he was responsible for developing business-to-business and business-to-consumer e-business solutions for the financial services industry. Felton will work across Impiric's portfolio of clients, which includes Ford, Star Alliance and Ericsson.
