St Luke's has promoted three of its senior account directors to the position of managing partner.
Neil Henderson, Tim Hunt and Andy Palmer will each manage a third of the agency's client relationships and will assume key policy management roles working alongside the chief operating officer, Neil Thomson.
The promotion leaves the co-founders, Andy Law and David Abraham, free to focus on an investment strategy and work on forming St Luke's offices around the world.
The three will also be instrumental in changes within St Luke's, as well as investment in the fields of consulting and new media.
Henderson will lead the agency's BT account. He joined the agency during its first year from Bartle Bogle Hegarty and for two years was responsible for the Midland/ HSBC account.
Hunt will focus on business development with St Luke's marketing and new-business director, Juliet Soskice. He joined the agency in 1996 to run Eurostar, and has since led the establishment of St Luke's Sweden.
Palmer, who runs both the HSBC and Ikea accounts, will lead staff development and training strategy. He worked previously at Lowe Howard-Spink, from where he joined St Luke's in 1997.
