- Carling is to launch interactive kiosks into 2,000 targeted pubs and clubs throughout the UK, with a rollout beginning from the end of March.
The kiosks, which represent a £2 million investment by Carling, invite consumers into the interactive 'World of Carling', where they can play specially formulated games using touch screen technology.
Games on offer include the football games, 'Shoot-out' and 'Match the Difference' as well as 'Best of British Trivia'. Players have the chance to win holiday prizes anywhere in the world. Prizes also include Carling merchandise and free beer.
The 2,000 kiosks are just the beginning of Carling's plans. It says it will install an additional 4,000 outlets to receive the kiosks over the next two years.
The project has been managed by Marketing Store as part of Carling's multi million pound support for on-trade distribution.
