- Bates Interactive, London, has been appointed by Warner Bros. Cinema to create a major new web presence to be launched in the UK later this summer.
Bates Interactive, which last week scooped both new media awards at the IPA Business Advertising Awards, won the business after a competitive pitch against a number of unnamed agencies.
The win is one of a number of pieces of new business won by the agency in the last two weeks. Other new accounts include a global branding initiative for Cable & Wireless.
Michael Cross managing director of Bates Interactive, said: "We handle every aspect of the interactive process, from strategic thinking through to final execution, which gives clients a more complete service than most agencies can offer. This was an important factor in winning the Warner Bros. Cinema assignment."
