- UK independent direct marketing agency, FFwd Precision Marketing, has acquired the Volvo direct marketing agency Hamilton Wright for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition is part of FFwd's strategy to become the largest UK independent direct marketing group over the next three years.
Hamilton Wright will continue to operate out of its West of England offices in Cirencester as a separate operation and will continue to be run by the existing management team, led by managing director Susan Shaw.
As well as Volvo, which it won earlier this year, Hamilton Wright counts Schroders, Van den Bergh and NatWest among its clients.
FFwd, based in Buckinghamshire, includes Prudential, Toshiba, SCA and Bang & Olufsen among its clients.
