The shake-up within Bcom3 also sees former O&M London managing director Richard Pinder take over as Leo Burnett's regional managing director for Asia Pacific. Pinder left O&M for a Leo Burnett regional director post in June. His swift elevation follows the appointment of former Asia Pacific president Stephen Gatfield to the post of Leo Burnett Worldwide's chief operating officer.

Starcom Mediavest Group has announced no replacement as yet for chief operating officer Robert Brennan, who became president of Leo Burnett Worldwide in this week's reshuffle.
