Bozell Worldwide acquires McDougall Associates

The $44 million billing advertising and public relations agency will become part of the Bozell Kamstra network, a unit of Bozell Worldwide that focuses on business branding, consumer advertising and integrated marketing communications.

McDougall Associates' co-founder, Dan McDougall, will serve as senior vice president, general manager, while Michael McDougall will serve as senior partner. Both will report to Bozell Kamstra president, Dean Buresh.

Founded in 1970, McDougall is one of the top 11 advertising and marketing communications agencies in New England. Its clients include Tyco International and People Heritage.

Bozell Kamstra is headquartered in Minneapolis and has offices in Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Austin. Its clients include Canon, Dow Chemical, Tony's Pizza and the State of Pennsylvania.
