Jo Harlow, Nokia's senior vice-president of global marketing, has been moved to a newly created product management position within the company's Live division, which covers lifestyle and fashion phones. Harlow oversaw the brand's recent global advertising review, and appointed Wieden & Kennedy and JWT to Nokia's $300 million creative and distribution briefs.
