Hotline: Conde Nast looks for creative and media agency

Conde Nast is looking for a creative and media agency for the UK launch of its technology magazine Wired. The launch will be supported by a £3 million marketing spend. The debut issue of the magazine will arrive on newsstands in the first half of 2009.
