Adlink UK expands and starts hunt for senior sales staff

Adlink UK, formerly known as New Media Marketing and Sales, is seeking its first sales director and an international sales manager to spearhead an aggressive expansion programme.

Adlink UK, formerly known as New Media Marketing and Sales, is

seeking its first sales director and an international sales manager to

spearhead an aggressive expansion programme.



NMMS was bought by the German internet advertising sales network two

weeks ago and rebranded Adlink UK.



As a consequence, the web sales house - which previously specialised in

the sports sector - will move into other areas. It is targeting

entertainment ISPs, women’s and student web portals and will break out

of the UK to offer advertisers pan-European advertising campaigns.



The UK sales director will report to Adlink UK’s managing director

Richard Holman - who previously oversaw sales - and run a 15-strong

sales team.



Holman also wants an international sales manager to persuade advertisers

to run campaigns on Adlink websites across the Continent.



Adlink has offices in Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, France,

Austria, Sweden and Spain. It is now planning to set up sales

representatives in Eastern Europe, the Far East and the US, not to sell

locally but to offer the European network to blue-chip companies.
