The Aerials, founded to reward excellence in creative radio advertising, celebrates its tenth anniversary this year. A panel headed by Young and Young will select finalists for the Awards, which will then be voted on by 400 creatives.
Andrew Ingram, the director of the Aerials Foundation, said: "We're very pleased to have both Al Youngs chairing the Awards this year."
Last year's gold award was won by Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy for its Travelocity work.
