Agencies line up for Red Letter Days task

LONDON - Red Letter Days, the experience gift company, is on the hunt for a creative agency to create a new branding campaign scheduled to break later this year.

The company has already approached a number of London-based integrated agencies, with an initial brief for an online brand campaign to run from September.

The media strategy is thought to include outdoor and online, with a digital agency leading the creative.

For the past year, the bulk of RLD's communications have been managed in-house.

Zachary Soreff, RLD's director of sales and marketing, said it was looking to refresh the brand in time for the lucrative Christmas market.

"In line with a number of new and exciting products, we are now looking for integrated communication specialists with strategic competencies to refresh our brand," he said.

Red Letter Days was set up in 1989 by Rachel Elnaugh. It was forced into administration in August 2005 and was rescued after being bought by the entrepreneurs and Dragons' Den "dragons" Peter Jones and Theo Paphitis.
