Agency.com makes three senior UK appointments

– Agency.com has made three vice president-level appointments at its London office with the arrival of Tony Kypreos from Nestlé, John Thew from McCanns and Mick Empson from Airmiles.

– Agency.com has made three vice president-level appointments at its London office with the arrival of Tony Kypreos from Nestlé, John Thew from McCanns and Mick Empson from Airmiles.

Kypreos, who joins as vice president for strategy, will spearhead the UK strategy division which offers a consultative service to clients to enhance business performance through the integration of interactive technology. Kypreos has over 12 years management experience in consumer marketing, business development and strategic consulting.

At Nestlé he held the position of marketing manager, leading multi disciplinary teams in developing the brand equity and financial performance of brand portfolios. Prior to Nestlé, Kypreos worked for five years at United Distillers and Vintners.

Thew takes up the position of vice president for client services and will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of interactive solutions for all London clients. He joins Agency from McCann's through-the-line agency, Hubbard Hiwaizi McCann, where he was client services director.

Empson joins as vice president, operations from Air Miles where most recently he was head of business planning for the travel side of the business.
