Unfortunately, this is more likely to be addressed to a woman. The

polite answer is: ’If and when I decide to have a family, it will not

affect my working life. I may need more notice to make arrangements but

I will still be willing to work late or travel if necessary.’ Of course,

you probably won’t want to work for such a sexist old dinosaur of an

interviewer.
