prestigious client is about to arrive and the equipment you hired for

your presentation is late. What do you do?’



’I scream and hide in the broom cupboard’ ain’t gonna swing it. Instead,

say: ’I always plan against anything like this happening by organising

well in advance. But given this situation, I’d stay calm, contact the

delivery people and, if necessary, arrange alternative equipment.’
