From 1 August, Pearman, who joined as a graduate in 1996 and has been chief executive of AMV since 2010, will have responsibility for all TBWA agencies in Asia. He will report to Troy Ruhanen, president and chief executive of TBWA Worldwide.
Pearman replaces Philip Brett, who has been promoted to chief operating officer of TBWA Worldwide. After 21 years in Asia, Brett returns to London to drive innovation and implement best practice.
Snowball, AMV’s group chairman and group chief executive, will take on Pearman’s duties at the ad agency.
