APL announces new Paris chief

- Ammirati Puris Lintas Paris has announced the departure of agency chairman Alain Laurens, who is to be replaced by Philippe Bernard, chairman and chief executive officer of APL Spain.

- Ammirati Puris Lintas Paris has announced the departure of agency chairman Alain Laurens, who is to be replaced by Philippe Bernard, chairman and chief executive officer of APL Spain.

Bernard will report directly to Philip Palazzo, president of international operations, and will continue as chairman of APL Spain in addition to his French duties.

Bernard's move to Paris sees Manola Valmorisco, vice-chairman and creative director of APL Spain, become deputy chairman and chief creative officer. Luis Echegoyen is promoted to managing director.

Elsewhere, Vincent Negre, regional director for southern Europe, moves to London as director, special projects worldwide.
