- AutoTrader.co.uk, the UK's biggest classified motoring website, has launched an online ad campaign as part of a £10 million marketing push.
The online campaign, created by e-business consultancy E-Marketing, supports the theme of the offline campaign which portrays the car as "my perfect partner".
The campaign is designed to build the Auto Trader brand across printed products and the internet by emphasizing the emotional relationship between a car and its owner.
The online campaign, which includes banners ads and pop-ups, will run for four weeks on a range of sites, including MSN, Freeserve, UK Plus and Sports.com.
The pop-ups will be activated from car search boxes on sites including UK Plus, Jamba, FHM, and Maxim.
The offline advertising campaign, which also breaks this week, has been created by Faulds Advertising with media planned and bought by Media Faulds. It covers TV, cinema, radio and business-to-business print publications.
