LONDON - The Barbican Centre is reviewing its media planning and buying business.

Total Media, the current incumbent on the account, has been invited to repitch for the business.

The London arts centre’s head of marketing Chris Denton said: "We are re-assessing the Barbican's media profile, particularly in relation to digital channels.  
We think it timely to review our whole approach to media planning and buying to ensure we remain creative and innovative in what we do, and that our media profile adequately targets the increasingly diverse audience profiles for the Barbican."

The Barbican is the largest performing arts centre in Europe and hosts music concerts, theatre performances, film screenings and art exhibitions. It also houses a library, restaurants, and a conservatory.
