Brilliant, which won the account without a pitch, will support the bathroom range with a magazine campaign as it rolls out regionally over the next year.

The Rare range includes showers, taps and matching accessories.

Karen Wise, retail marketing manager at Bristan, said: "Rare offers affordable style and is an aspirational product range that reflects the latest design trends.

"It is already being well received by retail partners and consumers alike and with Brilliant Media we have created a framework that allows us to grow our media footprint as we expand the retail outlets."

Bristan, based in Tamworth, claims to be the UK’s largest supplier of bathroom and kitchen taps, showers and bathroom accessories.

The Bristan Group is owned by Masco Corporation, which includes Cambrian Windows and PVC door and window-makers Duraflex.
