BJK&E wins brief to push Computer Cab credit card service

BJK&E has won the media planning and buying account for the London radio taxi company Computer Cab following a competitive pitch against undisclosed agencies.

Computer Cab appointed BJK&E with a view to promoting its recently introduced credit card booking service.

The company hopes this service will double the number of bookings it currently takes. Computer Cab takes an estimated 13,000 bookings a day.

Andrew Robson, the marketing director of Computer Cab, said: "We were impressed with BJK&E's understanding of our business requirements, and its proposed strategic approach to our marketing business."

James Jennings, the joint managing director at BJK&E, said: "Computer Cab has an interesting array of business issues to deal with, and we are developing a strategic media approach that can help to resolve these."
