Briginshaw, Waites and Perriss among UK's Cannes judges

British representatives on this year's Cannes International Advertising Festival juries are to include Paul Briginshaw, Mark Waites, John Perriss and Bob Offen.

Jeff Goodby, the co-chairman of Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, will be the jury president of both the film and the press & poster jury. Briginshaw and Waites, the creative directors of Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy and Mother respectively, will be the UK film judges. The UK press and poster judge will be Saatchi & Saatchi's head of art, Nikolas Studzinski.

The Zenith Optimedia chief executive, Perriss, will chair the Media Lions jury, while Offen, the chief executive of global operations at Media Planning Group, is a UK judge.

George Gallate, the chief executive of Euro RSCG Interaction, will be the Cyber Lions jury president. The UK judges will be Jason Goodman, the former president of Tribal DDB, and Jon Bains, the chairman of Lateral.

Malcolm Speed, the chief executive of RAPP Collins Worldwide, will be the Direct jury president.

Steve Harrison, a creative partner of Harrison Troughton Wunderman, and Mark Fiddes, a creative partner of KLP Euro RSCG, will be the UK judges.

This year the first Cannes Lions Direct show has been moved into the main event and runs on 20 and 21 June.
