Business Performance League 10 June 1996

Not much has changed at the top of the table in the last two weeks. The most eye-catching successes of the past fortnight were pulled off by Bartle Bogle Hegarty - with Golden Wonder, Ray-Ban and McCain Foods. The agency still has a little way to go before it fills the pounds 15 million hole caused by the departure of W. H. Smith in May and makes it back into the top 30.

Not much has changed at the top of the table in the last two weeks. The

most eye-catching successes of the past fortnight were pulled off by

Bartle Bogle Hegarty - with Golden Wonder, Ray-Ban and McCain Foods. The

agency still has a little way to go before it fills the pounds 15

million hole caused by the departure of W. H. Smith in May and makes it

back into the top 30.

Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe’s Tia Maria win last week moved it up four

places, but TBWA’s capture of the Pretty Polly account to ‘do a

Wonderbra’ on still leaves the agency just outside the league table.

Meanwhile, the confirmation that Sega has dropped McCann-Erickson

(Campaign, 31 May) wipes pounds 3.3 million off McCanns’ Register-Meal

tally and sends the agency down seven places to 19.

There was better luck for its regional cousin, McCann-Erickson

Manchester, which entered the table at 15 on the back of adding pounds 4

million of Marshall Ward and pounds 2 million of DSS business to its

coffers, on top of its earlier Royal Doulton win.
