Butlins seeks shop for digital strategy brief

In 2012, Butlins appointed Now as its social media agency after a pitch against four other shops. Now won the £5 million Butlins ad account in 2011. It continues to handle both pieces of business.

Now also works across Butlins’ sister Bourne Leisure companies Haven and Warner Leisure Hotels. It won the latter from the incumbent, Aesop, without a pitch towards the end of last year.

A spokesman for Butlins said: "We are working with AAR and meeting some strategic digital agencies. There is no incumbent."

MEC won Butlins’ media planning and buying account in 2012.
