Camelot appoints below-the-line agency

- UK national lottery organiser, Camelot, has concluded its four month hunt for a below-the-line agency and appointed Hicklin Slade & Partners to handle trade communications and in-store promotions.

- UK national lottery organiser, Camelot, has concluded its four month hunt for a below-the-line agency and appointed Hicklin Slade & Partners to handle trade communications and in-store promotions.

The appointment follows a five way pitch that saw Hicklin Slade & Partners shoot it out against Greensquare, Tequila, STH and incumbent agency KLP.

Ian Milligan Camelot's marketing director, said: "Our retailers and their outlets play a vital role towards the success of the National Lottery. The in-store environment is critical to effective player education, promotion and service."
