The new operation will continue to specialise in financial service communications and has a combined client list that includes Alliance & Leicester, American Express, More Th>n and Nationwide Building Society.
CCHM's experience in above-the-line campaigns will line up alongside Ping Communications' primarily below-the-line experience. Rupert Pybus, the joint managing director, described the new agency as "an end-to-end, integrated service".
The senior management line-up will include Sean Ingram as the new deputy chairman and Paul Gordon and Pybus as its joint managing directors. All three worked in similar roles at the separate companies.
Jonathan Spooner, Ping's creative director, will take on that position at the merged agency as Simon Antenen, CCHM's creative director, is leaving after four years.
