The event, called "Cream", is organised annually by the headhunting company Kendall Tarrant. It is designed to put new talent in front of London agency creative directors, all of whom are invited to the event.
Kendall Tarrant assembles a panel of judges who decide which are the 18 strongest teams based on their portfolios. It is designed to help the exhibited graduates walk away with placements or jobs.
Keri Steele, who oversees the event for Kendall Tarrant, said: "It is an opportunity to exhibit the best teams from around the country. Those that show should end up with trials, placements or job offers."
Each year a brief is sent out to students around the UK to design the invitation for the event. The best idea is then sent out, complete with credits.
This year's invitation was designed by Jono Allen and Mark Lawson, who are now a junior team at Ping Communications.
