Pink, BFCS and the Paul Weiland Film Company are all opening pop promo arms to help accommodate their directors’ increasing interest in the area.

promo arms to help accommodate their directors’ increasing interest in

the area.



Pink’s production arm, christened Baby, will be headed by Louise Knight,

who produces for the award-winning pop promo director, Michael

Geoghegan.



Baby will represent Geoghegan, the New RenaisCAnce, Paul Archard, Dylan

Kendle and other Pink commercials directors.



Weiland’s promo division will be called Pop and will be headed by Alex

Johnson, formerly the managing director of Daylight. Initially, Gregory

Rood and Graham Fink will be represented by Pop, but the set-up will

also represent other Weilands commercial directors who express an

interest.



BFCS’s arm will be under the umbrella of the main production company and

will be headed by Fiona Gillam, who was previously at Source. Richard

Anthony, previously represented by Oil Factory, has been recruited but

the operation will concentrate on representing BFCS’s existing

roster.



Johnson said: ’I’m excited at representing the directors here. Pop also

gives me the chance to work with new talent.’



Gillam said: ’I’m looking forward to getting some really modern

directors on board.’



Karen Cunningham, the joint managing director of Pink, said: ’Pink’s

strength is in commercials but promos are interesting.’
