Here’s a sorry tale of World Cup chaos following a ticket agency
cock-up. Many Scottish agencies were left without vital tickets for
their home nation’s clash with Brazil last week (which Scotland lost
2-1, in case any of you have forgotten) - after a travel agency failed
Staff at MTP, the production house, who were escorting guests from 1576,
the Leith and Faulds among others to Paris, started to worry last Monday
morning when 16 tickets failed to arrive as promised. After a day of
panic phone calls on Tuesday, it was decided on Wednesday that the
contingent would travel to France and MTP staff would endeavour to
source some tickets on the way.
