We felt we should discover the truth behind the salacious gossip

which has been doing the rounds since Leo Burnett completed its shoot with

the Queen of Pop, Madonna, for a new Max Factor campaign.

Several people alerted us to the fact that Leo Burnett’s head of TV,

Jonathan Davis, has forged a unique friendship with the star.

Admittedly, the pair did get on well on the shoot, but Davis is at pains

to point out that they were only acquaintances and, despite the gossip, he

isn’t having dinner with her next time she’s in London, nor did he go to

her house in the States.

We’re not ones to gossip, but wasn’t Madonna’s last beau from an ad

background?

Oh yes, it was Guy Ritchie, son of CDP’s John Ritchie
