The Havas-owned new-media agency Zinc is creating its own in-house specialist media planning division, which will concentrate on all of the emerging digital and wireless platforms. The division is already working on interactive TV solutions for two of the agency's clients, as well as a short messaging service project. Steve Taylor, who will head the new division, said: 'Future success is defined by your ability to deliver the right service to the right customer on the right platform at the right time.'
