CAMPAIGN-I: Dominic Graveson departs Carlton for Head New Media

Carlton Communication's head of new media, Dominic Graveson, has

left the company to join Head New Media, the new-media agency part-owned

by the Lowe Group.



Graveson, who has been at Carlton for almost three years, becomes the

business development director at Head New Media.



At Carlton, Graveson initially worked at Carlton Interactive. He then

moved to the TV side of the business, setting up Carlton Television New

Media, which managed and developed the online presence of Carlton's TV

and entertainment brands. These include Peak Practice, Inspector Morse

and all of the channel's regional news and weather content.



Graveson denied that his departure from Carlton was linked with the

recent ITV restructure. He said: 'I found Carlton slow in terms of

making decisions and wanted to work for a more agile company. Having

done so much on the client side, I wanted to take the solutions we'd

been developing for the crossover between the web and TV and develop

them with external clients.'



As well as attracting new business, Graveson will be in charge of Head

New Media's interactive television division, HeadEnd.



Head New Media handles web, e-commerce and digital TV solutions for

clients including Domestos and Sky.
