CAMPAIGN-I: Founding brothers leave Profero to set up hybrid company

Two of Profero's founding partners, Jamie and Daniel Estrin, are

leaving the online advertising agency to set up Launch Ventures, a

company comprising a music publishing business, a communications agency

and a production company.



Jamie Estrin, the marketing director at Profero, and his brother, Daniel

Estrin, the company's media director, launched Profero in 1998 with

another pair of brothers -Daryl and Wayne Arnold. The Estrins have sold

their shares in the agency back to Profero.



Jamie Estrin will be replaced by Profero's current business development

director, David Kicks.



Launch Ventures will see the Estrin brothers move away from the

new-media industry. 'What we won't be doing is competing with Profero in

any way,' Jamie Estrin said.



Profero has 75 staff and launched a Spanish office last year. It was one

of the first online specialist agencies to launch in the UK, and its

clients include CNN.com and Disney.



Estrin said: 'Launching Profero with the guys without a penny of

investment and a great deal of sacrifice has been an amazing adventure

for both me and Daniel but we feel it is time to take on a new challenge

which we are both very excited about.'
