following a four-way pitch. The new site is scheduled to launch in the

autumn, and Wheel has been charged with the task of appealing to four

different audiences. The site has to be understanding and accommodating

to those seeking support, informative for possible supporters,

encouraging for potential volunteers and has to appeal to corporate

sponsors.
