CAMPAIGN-I: Web watch: news sites

The run-up to the General Election made its presence felt on the

BBC's news website figures, which show that the broadcaster increased

the number of visitors by a whopping 70 million since the table

published in April. The Guardian's placing above The Telegraph only

lasted for one month, as a drop in users of nearly four million sees The

Telegraph reclaim its status.
