"Insider Concierge", a series of 80-second vignettes, and CNN Business Traveller, a series of 30-minute programmes, were funded by InterContinental Hotels & Resorts to inform the international business traveller how to get the most from the world's most exciting cities. Programming combined with direct marketing, online, in-hotel promotion and events in the cross-media partnership between CNN. ICH&R's spontaneous awareness rose from 4 per cent to 10 per cent by week two and 93 per cent agreed the programmes were informative.
