Campaign TV: Barclays and Creative England explain their Eagle Lab Flight initiative

Barclays has teamed up with Creative England to help connect entrepreneurs with larger brands and businesses.

Eagle Lab Flight aims to help accelerate fast-growing, creative technology businesses.

Together they are helping curate and support eight businesses, all of which will also receive up to a £25k investment. The initiative follows Barclays' and Creative England’s success with Eagle Labs, which ran in Brighton earlier this year.

The12-week programme aims to help businesses in their early stages. "A number of businesses find it difficult to get past the million pound revenue mark", said Juliette Rogan, Barclays' head of high growth and entrepreneurs.

The programme, said Steven Roberts, Barclays' director of strategic transformation, will be a "catalyst to kick start [businesses] to grow faster".
