CampaignLive is to offer daily global news, making it a crucial

destination for those who need to know exactly what is happening in the

advertising, media and marketing business.

The news will be offered in addition to what is available in Campaign

magazine, and will include stories that are exclusive to the

Website.

Live News will also include a regular selection of stories taken from

Reuters Advertising and Media Briefing.

News will be available both on the CampaignLive site and as daily

headlines, delivered direct to subscribers’ PCs and alerting them to the

stories on the site.

It is also planned that headline teasers will be available on one of the

’push’ channels that are included as part of Internet browsers such as

Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape.

The stories from Reuters Advertising and Media Briefing will be supplied

from all around the world by Reuters media correspondents. Campaign and

a number of other leading specialist titles provide Reuters with regular

stories for the Briefing.

Kevin O’Brien, marketing manager for media services at Reuters, said:

’With over 1,800 Reuters journalists across the globe, a growing network

of dedicated advertising journalists is breaking news and events in the

world’s leading advertising centres.’
